The room I stayed in had a large window overlooking a charming view of trees, which provided both a sense of privacy and a peaceful ambiance. the breakfast served was plentiful and satisfying, with a good selection of options. One aspect that stood out to me was the convenient location of the guesthouse, just off the main road but still within easy walking distance to local attractions and dining options. Parking in the driveway was also a breeze, making it convenient for guests with vehicles. While the breakfast was enjoyable, some items like the sausages were not up to par. the room itself was comfortable, although the bathroom door knob was a bit faulty. However, the blackout shades were a nice touch for ensuring a good night's rest. Overall, Muriel's guesthouse offers a welcoming atmosphere and good value for the price. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Callander.
